Having given of its best (after 19 years!), the floor combi tool of my Nilfisk Family vacuum cleaner finally decided enough was enough, so, because I didn't need to replace the cleaner itself, I went on a quest for a replacement part. I found exactly what I needed on Nilquip's website, and I'm happy to say, the new part works perfectly. I'm happy, my vacuum cleaner is happy, too, and my floors are clean. The part arrived, well packaged, safely, and within a short time frame. All in all, a good experience. I would be happy to buy from Nilquip again in the future.

Ordered the part on a weekend and it arrived and it arrived the following Tuesday so can't do much better than that. Part was as advertised and a genuine Nilfisk part that will hopefully last as long as the original part. Highly recommend.
